🎓 Students & recent graduates 🇬🇧 English recommended 🗓️ First qualification interview 💸 Payment upon signing 🛂 C22 visa (sponsorship)

1) Before applying

🌴 Why do an internship in Bali?
Bali is a truly international experience: a unique setting, an international community, and a daily life that encourages you to become more independent. You'll enrich your resume with experience abroad and naturally improve your English.
🎯 What types of internships do you offer?
We offer internships in several sectors: digital marketing, communications, sales, management, tourism/hospitality, catering, HR, events, operations, and more. The goal is to offer you assignments that match your profile, level, and objectives.
✅ What are the requirements to apply?
Be a student or recent graduate, and be able to work in English (professional level recommended). If you're unsure, apply anyway: we'll let you know right away if it's realistic based on your profile.
⏳ How long does an internship usually last?
Most internships last at least three months. The exact duration depends on the company and your project (dates, objectives, availability).
🗣️ Is it necessary to speak Indonesian?
No. Most internship environments are in English. Having some basic knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus for everyday life, but it is not mandatory.

2) Application process

🧭 How does the application process work?
1) Fill out the form. 2) Confirm your first appointment at the end of the form. 3) During this appointment, we will assess your project and present you with some initial ideas/offers (matching + next steps). 4) We will put you in touch with potential partners and support you until you are up and running.
🗓️ Is the appointment mandatory?
Yes—this is our qualification interview (45 minutes on Google Meet). This is where we offer you initial internship opportunities/leads and confirm the next steps (matching + action plan). Without a confirmed appointment at the end of the form, your application will not be validated.
⏱️ How long does it take to find an internship?
It depends mainly on: your field, your level, your dates, and your flexibility. In practice, the earlier you start, the more choice you have. Ideally, you should apply as soon as your dates are clear.
📄 What documents do I need to prepare?
A resume in English (recommended), and if you have: portfolio/projects/examples. Your passport (validity), your internship dates, and the professions/sectors you are targeting.

3) Price & payment

💸 What are the fees? How does "payment on signature" work?
The principle: you can proceed with peace of mind. Payment is made when your internship is signed (when everything is clear and validated). The exact details depend on your package and your project—we will explain this to you during the qualification interview.
🧾 How much money do you need to live in Bali?
The budget varies mainly depending on your accommodation and lifestyle. On average, many interns spend between €700 and €1,000 per month (depending on standard and location).

4) Visa (C22) & administrative

🛂 What visas do you handle? (C22 visa)
We work with partners who are authorized to sponsor you, and we focus on the C22 visa for internships. During the qualification appointment, we will explain the process, deadlines, and documents you need to provide in detail.
📌 Do you handle administrative tasks?
Yes: we guide you through the documents and steps, and help you when you get stuck. The goal: for you to feel calm and move forward step by step.

5) Accommodation, arrival, and on-site assistance

🏡 Do you offer housing solutions?
Yes—through our partners, with options tailored to your budget and priorities (quiet, close to coworking spaces, close to the sea, etc.). We help you find a simple, reliable solution that fits in with your internship location.
🛬 Do you help with arrival in Bali?
Yes: the idea is to ensure a stress-free arrival. Depending on your package and your plans, we can help you organize your arrival and find your bearings.
🛡️ Security, insurance, health: how does it work?
We advise you on best practices, recommended insurance, and useful tips for when you're there. If you have any concerns, you're not "alone in the void": we guide you and help you find the simplest solution.

6) After the internship

🚀 What opportunities are available after an internship in Bali?
International experience adds credibility to your profile: independence, adaptability, English skills, professional attitude. Many interns return with opportunities (or very clear ideas about what to do next).
🤝 Can I recommend a friend/school/partner?
Yes—and we love it. Write to us at team@bali-interns.com with the context.
