Refund Policy

Our policy is strict because visa procedures involve third-party service provider costs that are generally non-refundable.

1) Before confirmation of the internship

As long as no internship agreement/contract has been signed, no payment is due. If you stop before confirmation, you pay nothing.

2) After confirmation of the internship (payment made)

Once the internship has been confirmed and payment made, refunds are generally unavailable, as the subsequent steps require payments to third parties (e.g., visa procedures) which are, by nature, non-refundable.

Any third-party fees already incurred are strictly non-refundable.

3) Exceptions

If Bali Interns is unable to deliver the service for an internal reason (excluding third parties, authorities, missing documents), we may offer an alternative solution or a partial refund, to the extent permitted by law.

4) Request

Send your request to team@bali-interns.com with your full name and a brief explanation. We will respond with our decision and background information.
